Does EPCOT’s food & wine festival black out being able to get in free?

Your Aunt should have a calender that show her which days are blacked out for CM’s to sign someone into the parks. If she doesn’t she needs to contact the HR department to find out. Blackout days are different based on what your position is with Disney so someone who is entry level will have more blackout days than a manager. And with 4 Parks there may be blackout days at one park due to special events, such as F&W but not at another park with no special events going on.
