Yes it is wine and, it is ‘champagne’ in france, the only place it can be called such, so in the US it’s called ’sparkling wine’. If you like champagne you’ll like sparkling wine.

Yes it is. It is the type of yeast that is used during fermentation that creates the carbonation within the wine. The carbonation occurs during secondary fermentation process.

Sparlking wine is Champagne that is not made in the Champagne district of France. That is the only difference.
Now, Sparkling juices, meant to imitate Champagne for people who do not want alcohol are just carbonated juice.

Yes, it’s just carbonated naturally.
If it were from the Champagne district of France it would be champagne, otherwise it’s sparkling wine..

Yes, it is wine. It is the same as champagne, except it isn’t made in the same reigon of france. It sparkles because of the CO2 that is produced during the secondary fermentation in the bottle. When they bottle the wine, they prime it with a small amount of sugar and cork. Same process they use to carbonate beer.

Pretty much, but I think it’s more so champagne but they can’t call it that unless it’s from Champagne, France….so therefore they call it sparkling wine
