Purchased 8-weeks ago… made precisely per instructions… wow… very surprised… far exceeded expectations. Not the big, jammy Lodi style which I favor… more typical of Napa style. Fruit forward, rounder… dry at about 13.5% AC. I can’t wait to try again at about 6-months. Will purchase again… a real bargain at Amazon’s price.
